The Erbe Academy is Erbe’s international education center for healthcare professionals. It provides training on Erbe technologies, their safe use and their clinical application. The educational offering combines digital learning formats with in-person training and hands-on experience. 

The Erbe learning suite is Erbe’s learning platform for accessing digital learning content and training opportunities. Healthcare professionals can use it to explore educational content and register for available training courses. It replaces the previous Erbe plus academy platform for new training activities and course bookings. 

The Erbe Academy represents Erbe’s educational activities and expertise in professional training. The Erbe learning suite is the digital platform where learners can explore and access Erbe’s learning opportunities.

The Erbe learning suite is designed for different professional groups in healthcare, including physicians, OR and endoscopy nurses, biomedical engineers, and students. Learning opportunities are tailored to different professional needs, levels of experience, and areas of clinical practice.

The Erbe Academy offers a range of digital and in-person learning formats, including classroom training, hands-on workshops, live webinars, webinars on demand, video courses, interactive e-learning and podcasts. This allows learners to choose a format that fits their learning needs and schedule. 

Yes. Erbe provides different online learning opportunities, including interactive e-learning courses, live webinars, recorded webinars and video-based learning. Many digital formats can be accessed independently of a specific location. 

Yes. Erbe offers hands-on workshops for physicians that combine expert lectures with practical training in small groups. The workshops focus on the clinical application of Erbe technologies and provide opportunities to learn from experienced experts.

Yes. Podcasts are part of the digital learning opportunities available through the Erbe learning suite. They provide an additional format for exploring selected clinical, scientific, and technology-related topics.

Erbe Academy training covers technologies, principles, and clinical applications related to Erbe products and solutions. Topics may include electrosurgery, argon plasma coagulation, cryotechnology, hydrosurgery, smoke evacuation, reprocessing, and patient safety. Available topics vary depending on the professional group, medical specialty, and learning format.

Yes. Electrosurgery is one of the core educational topics of the Erbe Academy. Training opportunities range from fundamental principles of electrosurgery and safe application to specialized clinical topics and the use of Erbe electrosurgical technologies.

Erbe provides educational content for several medical specialties, including gastroenterology, general surgery, gynecology, pulmonology, and urology. Interdisciplinary learning opportunities covering technologies, safety, and clinical principles are also available.

The Erbe learning suite provides educational opportunities related to Erbe technologies and their clinical and technical application. Depending on the topic and target group, learners can choose from digital formats as well as seminars, classroom training, and hands-on workshops. Hands-on workshops can be found at the education part of Erbe’s website.

New training courses and course bookings are available through the Erbe learning suite at learning.erbegroup.com. According to Erbe, access to the new learning suite requires registration with Erbe Connect. 

Yes. An Erbe Connect account is required to use the new Erbe learning suite. 

Available training opportunities can be found through the Erbe learning suite. After signing in with an Erbe Connect account, users can view the information provided for an individual course and register where registration is available. In addition, the company website shows a range of workshops for physicians including a direct registration.

Certificates are available for selected Erbe Academy training activities. For example, some interactive e-learning courses include an online assessment that learners can complete to receive a certificate. Certificate availability depends on the individual course. 

Certificates and training records from the former Erbe plus academy remain accessible through the previous platform during the transition to the Erbe Learning Suite. New training activities and registrations are handled through the Erbe Learning Suite.
